What did you change, besides the main menu theme? I've always wanted to replace one of the dragon battle themes with Battle of the Heroes from Star Wars, but modding music isn't really my area of expertise. Sites that allow anything are few and far between, and tend to change once enough attention and popularity is attained. Other places are willing to allow it if the dev doesn't mind or has given permission though not entirely relevant to Elder Scrolls, GameBanana is a great example of a responsible porting website. When I created the Combined Community Sound Pack for New Vegas, I had to jump through hoops securing permissions for over a month with various authors.
